If you can get others to believe in you, does it matter how much you know or how right you are?
Hmm, that's not really along the lines of the point I was trying to make, but it's an interesting question.In short, my answer is that it matters surprisingly little.
I was thinking along the line of great motivators who were also evil people (eg. Hitler and Jim Jones). The ability to get people to follow you is a big responsibility.
